About Us

We Did Something Special

So 5 years ago we were struggling with our architecture business. Not the architecture bit, but the business bit.

The Struggle

We could not track what we were doing effectively

We did not do the right things at the right time

Clients were always chasing us, not happy

We were not happy

Staff not happy

Everyone is feeling pissed off and burnt out

I thought I would lose my key staff and everything would implode.

The Idea

We tried:

white boards

whole business software

magnetic white boards

kanbans

and of course spreadsheets

They are either too complex, too simple, or just no one ever updated them, so you can not trust any of the data, you need to check every project. Everyone was too busy.

So what did we do that was special? I thought we should make a more interactive, responsive spreadsheet thing, that was fun and it rewarded you for updating things. It should also be cool and a chill vibe that we would actually use.

So jumping back to today, we are on version 3. People trust us with their business and get things done using the solution we created.

The Result

So what happened?

We went 4 days a week

Turn over increased 20%. So that’s a double win

All from knowing what to do and when to do it.
